Curvy Couture St. Kitts do not offer monetary refunds only store credits. Store credits do not expire unless our company ceases to exist. If you refused to receive your package that was shipped out on behalf of us your order will not be refunded. Curvy Couture St. Kitts does not issue refunds only store credits less the shipping cost.

BEFORE PLACING AND RETURNING ANY ORDER: Please read and understand our return policy and in order to alleviate unnecessary returns, please read the item description closely and check size chart below before ordering.
Items marked “All Sales Are Final” will not be accepted for return.
Outlet, Swimwear, bodysuits, leggings, lingerie, accessory, or special order item are all final sales and will not be accepted for return.
All discounted, promotional or store credit items will be final sale and will not be accepted for return.
We currently do not accept returns on items that have been worn. Only new items (not including outlet, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings, lingerie, accessory, or special order item) may be returned. We encourage customers to pay close attention to our size charts. We do offer junior plus size and will indicate that where necessary. Junior plus size are cut smaller than Women and Missy sizes. We will also like to caution you not to purchase clothing a smaller size, return items are inspect thoroughly for areas that have been soiled, stretched out, shows evidence of extended seams etc.
Curvy Couture St. Kitts Boutique or its affiliates will not assume responsibility for return packages lost or damaged in transit. It is highly recommended that the customer obtain a tracking and insure their package for the full purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees, including postage and insurance costs, as well the original shipping and handling charges.
All SWIMWEAR and LINGERIE are final sale. No returns or refunds
To return "new and unworn” items, you must:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization.
- List in the subject line: Return Authorization Request + the customer’s name + order #
- In the body of the email list the items you would like to return and the reasons for your return. Our Return Dept Rep will reply to your email with a return authorization code and a date that the return must be post marked by. All returns postmarked more than 3 business days after the return authorization date given will be returned to sender as a FINAL SALE. Kindly check junk and spam folders for return emails with our authorization code. After our email has been sent to you we will use the following business day as day one for returns.
- Finally email us the tracking number of your return item.
Once item(s) is received it takes up to 3-4 business days to process returns and add a credit to your account.
- We define business days as Monday – Saturday and non-business days as Sunday and major government holidays: New Years, Martin Luther King Day, George Washington Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
Products purchased from the "Accessories" category will not be accepted for return and are final sale.
We do not accept exchanges.
Returns must be received within 5 business days of the provided return authorization date. You will receive an email confirmation within 3 business days once the return has been received, processed and completed in our warehouse. This email confirmation will include your store credit information.
Return Merchandise Condition:
Return merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered and with original tags in order to receive a store credit. Used or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return and may be shipped back to the customer. Please note that if the seams are damaged (i.e stretched) or if there are any stains, deodorant stains, perfume, smoke, shows evidence of extended seams or other odors on the returned item it will not be accepted and will be returned back to customer, as we will not be able to give a store credit in these cases.
