 Caribbean and Guyana

95% of our orders are shipped from St. Kitts, some special-order items may ship via the US. If we do ship from the US we will ship directly to your island or to your US freight forwarding address. For USA shipping to the Caribbean, customers would be contacted to make arrangements. 

Processing time is 3 – 4 days and orders will be shipped right after. Items will arrive within 7-8 business days after processing. A shipping confirmation would be emailed on the day the item is mailed to the email address you signed up with.

Signature confirmation is required to ensure the safety of your order.

 

P.O. Box

We only ship to selective country’s P.O. Box Address or Forwarding P. O. Box address .

 Pre-Orders

Customers can pre-order items. Items will ship immediately to customers upon arrival. A confirmation email will be sent when order is shipped. 

 Invoice 

If customers have not secured their receipt at time of check out an invoice will be emailed to customers upon customer’s request.

Holiday Shipping and Weather Delays:

Note that during holiday seasons or times of increased mail volume, delivery options may vary but will be quoted at checkout before you complete your order. We at Curvy Couture St. Kitts have absolutely no control over Mother Nature, therefore we cannot and will not be responsible for unanticipated delays due to weather issues.

 

Expedited Shipping:

Note that during holiday seasons or times of increased mail volume, delivery options may vary but will be quoted at checkout before you complete your order. Expedited Shipping is calculated at check out and will vary depending on carrier.

 

Caribbean Shipping:

Curvy Couture St. Kitts has partnered with U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service), UPS, DHL Express and St. Kitts and Nevis Local Postal Service to provide shipping to its customers. The arrival times quoted by these carriers are estimates and should not be considered as a promise or guarantee.

Once an order is shipped your tracking number will be sent to the email address you signed up with.

Local taxes and import duties may be incurred upon delivery and are not included in the amounts shown for an item or for shipping. The buyer or recipient of the order is responsible for all local taxes, import duties and fees that may be levied on importation of items. We cannot guarantee that our products meet the import requirements of every country. Kindly contact your country's customs office prior to ordering if there are any such concerns.

Placing Orders:

An email address is required to place an order on our site.

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item and in the comment,  section do let us know the order number of the previous order placed. We do not guarantee but if your initial order was not yet packaged and shipped, we may be able to group both orders together. Shipping cost may or may not be credited or adjusted.

 

Cancelling Of Order(s):

Orders cannot be cancelled once made.

 

Tracking an Order:

An email will be sent to the customer with their tracking number and information. Some carriers such as USPS may take up to two days to update their shipping info.

 

Receiving an Incorrect Item

Please send us an email to sales@ccstkitts.com with your order ID, the full name/title of the item you were supposed to receive, an actual picture of the item you did receive and any further details of the problem within 5 days of receiving the delivery. We will work with you to resolve this error.

 

 Undeliverable or Item Not Picked Up

If your package is returned to us due to it being undeliverable (example: incomplete address) or if it was not picked up from the courier, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Entering a complete and inaccurate address is crucial to prompt delivery. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause days or weeks of delay or for your package to be delivered to the incorrect household. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses for returned and reshipped items.

 

Delayed Shipping

We ask if you could patiently wait up to 4 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If your shipment is still not received after this time, please contact us at to sales@ccstkitts.com and give us your order number and we will look into this for you.

 

Signature

Signatures will be required upon delivery of good shipped from our company.

 

What if my parcel does not arrive? We ask if you could patiently wait up to 4 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will investigate this for you.

 

Lost and Damaged Items

Curvy Couture St. Kitts is not responsible for lost packages due to customers or delivery courier error. If our shipment is mishandled an insurance claim will be filed on behalf of the customer. If you are shipping a return to us we recommend tracking and insuring your package.
